| Abstract | The author is a teacher of Farm Road Government Primary School. After the school joins the School Management Initiative, he thinks that he has learned how to take care of young pupils with care and patience, how to use various techniques to communicate with parents with a view to gaining an in-depth understanding on the background of his pupils, and how to respect each other and to maintain a harmonious relation with other colleagues. |
