| Abstract | In nowadays of great development, the wider the scope of education covers, the more difficulties will educationalists come across. Teachers have all along shouldered the responsibility of guiding their pupils to widen the scope of their knowledge, to look for their ideal and direction, to develop themselves and contribute to the community. Teachers should behold the mission of education and identify a correct philosophy of life and value judgement. They must have a passion for life and face their jobs and difficulties bravely. In addition to teaching and development of the pupils' personality, teachers have to develop themselves and adapt to the changing world.
