| Abstract | There is a great discrepancy between the idealism of the Colleges of Education and the actual teaching environment. However, the author, a teacher in Farm Road Government Primary PM School, thinks that through their monthly meetings with the Headmistress, the newcomers' performance can be reviewed, teaching methods improved and self-confidence and independency also reinforced. The author shares his teaching experience in this article. |
