| Abstract | Two Grade A office buildings were completed over the quarter: Oriental Place in Chaoyang District (8,000 square metres) and Sino Chem Building (30,000 square metres) in Xicheng District. Most of the Grade A office buildings which are currently under construction will be available in the next three years, comprising a total GFA of over two million square metres. |
