Abstract | CVIK extension and Beijing Tower were both completed during the last quarter of 1994 comprising a total GFA of 19,000 square meters. By the end of 1995, an additional 240,000 square meters of Grade A office space is due for completion, compensating for the large amount of pent-up demand which currently exists. Extensive amounts of future supply are proposed through 1996 and 1997, totalling more than 1,260,000 square meters, leading to a sharp correction in the current demand/supply imbalance. |
