| Abstract | There has been a slowdown in the construction approval process over the last quarter, with the completion dates of a number of office developments being delayed. Everbright Building (36,000 square metres GFA) was the most significant development completed during the quarter. A further 88,000 square metres of space is due for completion over he remainder of 1995. |
