| Abstract | No Grade A office space was completed in the second quarter of 1994. Approximately 32,700 square meters of Grade A office space is due for completion over the next six months including CVIK Place (16,700 square meters) and Beijing Tower (7,400 square meters). During 1995, 121,000 square meters of new space is scheduled for completion with an additional 470,000 square meters planned for completion in 1996. |
