AbstractHsin Chong Real Estate Management (Hsin Chong REM) Limited, has been elected as the Best Management Company by the residents of Home Ownership Court and the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the years 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997. With increasing competition and escalating customer expectations, Director and General Manager of Hsin Chong REM, Mr CH Fan, decided that the only way ahead is to implement Total Quality Management (TQM). To ensure quality in all aspects of management operation, the company came up with a comprehensive world class management model which are described in the article.
