| Abstract | Breast augmentation has been one of the most popular cosmetic procedures for women in the West. It is now one of the three most commonly performed aesthetic surgical procedures in Asian countries. Recent issues about the breast prosthesis have created major concerns in the general public about the safety of such procedure. However, breast augmentation does come with a few potential complications that the patients should be well informed before such a procedure is performed. |
