| Abstract | The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) issued a document on 3 April 1997 summarising the results of the consultation on the review of the Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading (LFET) Regulatory System. At the time the LFET Ordinance was introduced in September 1994, the Commission undertook to review the regulatory framework in light of experience gained during its initial phase of implementation. |
