| Abstract | By solving the distribution problem for McDonalds Restaurants in the 1970s HAVI Food Services has revolutionised the food distribution industry. HAVI has brought the process to Hong Kong and continues to develop it to meet Hong Kong's special environment. The main ingredient however is the Total Quality Process (TQP) which encourages every employee to provide the highest level of service possible. |
