| Abstract | For the time being, the Internet is simply a communications medium, but by the end of the century, it will evolve into a virtual market. As a developing country, China attaches great importance to the Internet. Some educational institutions are the first to get access to the network, but the CHINANET, a specialized network which inter-connects with the Internet, has also been established. Some other professional departments are preparing to establish some specialized public networks to be connceted with the Internet. The article features on how to effectively use and manage the Internet. |
