| Abstract | This article introduces the application and development of satellite communications in China. The author also takes a look at the Ministry of Railways (MOR) requirement for satellite resources and gives analysis on application requirement of satellite communications for the railway network. The principle and direction of RSV development is featured and the objectives and measures of the Railway Satellite Communications (RSC) development are discussed. |
