| Abstract | The Railway Communications Network (RCN) has become one of the technical keys for ensuring transport security and improving the management level of the railway network. The RCN Management Information System (CMIS) is the basic database for planning and developing the RCN and provides the RCN with decision-making support and daily network management tools. The Transmission Network Management and Planning Information System (TMPIS) is one of the sub-systems of the CMIS system. This article introduces the composition of the TMPIS. Its requirement, structure and performance are also covered. |
