| Abstract | Hong Kong's KPS Video Express' coming explosive growth is being heralded in by a growing managerial team, as well as financing from ChinaVest, one of the older private equity firms bridging the gap for multinationals looking to invest in China and other East Asian markets. KPS is one of ChinaVest's portfolio companies that will benefit from an October 1996 restructuring which saw the creation of subsidiary CV Consumer Services, formerly known as KPS Holdings. The new company will now act as an umbrella for KPS and has the exclusive franchise for Domino's Pizza in 11 Asian markets. |
