| Abstract | There is a group of officers who literally travel thousands of kilometres as part of their normal duties. They are the postermen who put up the government posters at numerous locations all over Hong Kong. The team of postermen, with only three members, is part of the Publishing Sub-division which comes under the Publicity Division of the Information Services Department (ISD). The Sub-division is responsible for the wide-scale distribution of Government publications to the public. |
