| Abstract | With the development of telecommunications, the conference television (TV) system, which mainly relies on visions, has emerged as a popular means of communication. Anhui Province proposed a project for a conference TV system connecting 16 prefectural centers and cities in the province in 1994, and completed the construction in the same year. The structure of the Anhui Provincial Conference TV (APCTV), the equipment provision and the technical requirements for the networks and the major functions of the TV system are introduced in the article. |
