| Abstract | Network optimization, telecom service and competition give rise to access network development. Anhui local networks' switching capacity increases nearly by 1 million lines per year. Anhui Posts and Telecommunications Administration (PTA) set up a group in charge of access network construction and published "Opinions on Implementation of Customer Access Network Development and Construction". Access network construction should meet local conditions, actual demand and future need. The article gives suggestions concerning the construction of customer access network, including highlighting the focuses, overall planning of access network, network architecture optimization, building of network topology, full usage of existing copper wire resources, promotion of V5 interfaces application, paying attention to performance and functions of access network equipment, as well as emphasis on practice. |
