| Abstract | The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of China has propagated a number of policies and regulations governing communication constructions, involving in the construction of long-distance telephone buildings in the large- and medium-size cities, location of local telephone exchanges, architectual design of communication equipment rooms in the large- and medium-size cities, construction of satellite earth stations and relay links entering into the city as well as the constructions of mail handling centres in the capitals, large- and medium-size cities, etc. The policies and regulations covering two areas of satellite communication earth station constructions and relay link constructions are introduced in this article. |
