| Abstract | In 1996, people in Xiamen with credit cards or deposit cards issued by any bank can make enquiries or draw money at any inter-connected ATM (automated teller machine) in the city. This is one of the benefits enjoyed by residents in Xiamen as a result of the construction of the Golden Card project which was put into full operation. |
