| Abstract | In the Eighth Five-Year Plan period (1991-1995), data communications networks in Beijing had been developing at high speed. A number of data communications networks were put into operation. In the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, while management on Internet service will be reinforced, a database with the distinctive feature of the capital will be built to serve the public. |
