| Abstract | In a few short years from 1991 to 1995, China's data communications networks had developed to such an extent as to cover all major cities and most of the counties. Their 180,000 ports are sufficient to meet the need of an information-based national economy at the present stage. Thirty institutions concerned with finance, economy, trade, taxation, scientific research and education have subscribed to data communications services. |
