| Abstract | Fung Shing-kwan took top honours in the Best Driver of the Year competition organised by the Government Land Transport Agency (GLTA) in 1996. GLTA administrator Peter Walker said the event was an innovative way to cultivate a service culture among 140 GLTA drivers. He hopes a competition like this will encourage staff to maintain a high quality and professional transport service to the client. |
