| Abstract | Hong Kong's first women's health centre at the Lam Tin Polyclinic, opened in May 1994, provides health screening and promotive programmes specifically for women aged 45 or above, and the scope of the services is much more comprehensive than those available at families clinics as well as maternal and child health centres throughout the territory. Since it has been so well received that two more centres will open their doors in 1996-1997. |
