As 1996 is proclaimed as the International Year of the Eradication of Poverty, The Hong Hong Council of Social Service resolved to adopt "Concern for Vulnerable Groups in Hong Kong" as the theme for 1996's Annual Plan. The objectives of the plan are listed in this article. |
