AbstractThe advertising industry - desperately struggling to find talent - is now paying the price for decades of neglect, according to the head of the Chinese University's MBA programme Dr Charles Steilen. He believed that the industry has wilfully neglected recruitment of the right people, training of people and, ironically, has failed to create any excitement about advertising as a career.
