| Abstract | The official purchasing depots in Wujiang country, Jiangsu, which started to buy spring cocoons on June 7, could only offer very low prices to the farmers in view of the stagnant international markets.But Wujiang is still one of the important silkworm countries in the silk textile producing province of Jiangsu, and the farmers still hope to rely on raising silkworms and cocoons for their livelihood. |
