| Abstract | Thrombolytic Therapy (TT) is effective in reducing mortality and morbidity of patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction (AMI). However, there was really not much recent local data on the various complications of TT in Chinese AMI patients. This article summarizes the study which aims to evaluate the incidence and the severity of various complications of TT in AMI patients. All AMI patients admitted to United Christian Hospital of Hong Kong from April 1991 to March 1994 were studied. |
