| Abstract | To keep the silk reeling plants and the silk textile industry working, the China Silk Textile Industrial Corporation recommended temporary suspension of silk cocoon exports, so releasing some good quality cocoons for allocation to the major reeling plants; thus the silk textile plants would be able to produce some fine quality fabrics for export. |
