| Abstract | Clinical psychology has moved gradually into community-oriented intervention. The Division of Clinical Psychology launched an organized project after the Lan Kwai Fong Incident of 1993, with a strong preventive emphasis and psycho-educational strategies. A Critical Incident Team has been set up to work out disaster contingencies and to assess the need to respond to some critical incidents in the local community. |
