| Abstract | The article traces the work of Critical Incident Team (CIT) of the Division of Clinical Psychology through some of the major civil disasters which took place in Hong Kong between 1993 and 1996, including 1993 Lan Kwai Fong Incident, Pat Sin Leng Hill Fire and Garley Building Fire in 1996. This historical perspective highlights the conception and maturation of some of its mode of operation which are of interest to practising psychologists and workers in the field of disaster management. |
