| Abstract | Acquired Factor VIII inhibitors, or acquired haemophilia, is a rare disease with incidence about one per million people each year according to studies of Caucasian population. This should be considered in an elderly patient presenting with coagulation problem and early referral to hospital is recommended if an underlying cause is strongly suspected. |
