| Abstract | The article reports on a case of a 67-year-old male who presented with recurrent stroke and positive cerebrospinal fluid -- Venereal Disease Research Laboratory (VDRL) test. Magnetic resonance (MR) brain scan and MR angiography revealed multifocal infarcts, stenosis of the right middle cerebral artery and complete occlusion of the left internal carotid artery. This case report describes the laboratory investigations, imaging findings and reviews the literature of this condition. |
