AbstractOutdoor advertising has experienced sluggish growth in Hong Kong, but the opening of Chek Lap Kok airport in July 1998 is expected to rekindle interest in the medium. Leo Burnett regional media director Gary Brown said most clients' outdoor budget had remained stagnant in the past couple of years, achieving growth of just four per cent in 1997.
