| Abstract | The Hong Kong Council of Social Service has launched the "New Arrivals Community Education Project" and the "District Based Employment Support Network" in January 1999. The launching ceremony were held on January 10, 1999 and January 11, 1999 respectively and related resource webpages were introduced accordingly. The article introduces these two pilot projects and their webpages as well as the "Women Service Resource Page" to be launched on February 9, 1999. |
