| Abstract | The article features the 1997 General Assembly and World Congress on Global Technology of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO) held by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) during the week 23-29 November 1997. Over 150 engineers included in whom are Presidents and Chief Executive Officers of member organizations from over 30 countries/territories attended the General Assembly and the World Congress held at the New Extension of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). |
