| Abstract | Following its acquisition by a consortium led by Sembawang Media, Hong Kong Supernet Limited remains one of Hong Kong's largest Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and preserves its long-standing commitment to high standards of reliability and efficient service. Its ongoing link with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), where it was founded, helps it stay at the leading edge of the technological advances which accompany the rapid growth of the Internet. More importantly, the company has undergone a serious of structural changes to meet the needs of its customers. The article features its changes in terms of competitive product offerings and service. |
