| Abstract | A 50-year-old non-smoker teacher presented with a 2 weeks history of fever, cough with copious amount of purulent sputum. He had a partial right lung resection 20 years ago for lung abscess and since then he had suffered from recurrent chest infections which had become more frequent and severe. The article features the causes of bronchiectasis, the investigations and treatment for the patient. |
