| Abstract | A constant factor in the Hong Kong property continuum is change. There are few areas of town which are not being primed for some type of metamorphosis. Often, the agent of change is a proposed new transport link which connects with the Special Administrative Region (SAR)'s excellent commuter network. One such area is the district west of the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) Sheung Wan terminus. The article introduces the project of the Island Pacific Hotel in Sheung Wan. |
