| Abstract | The article features the Queen Street Redevelopment which was developed by the Land Development Corporation (LDC) in collaboration with New World Development and Cheung Kong Holdings. The project will provide 1,148 residential units in three tower blocks. Building on Sheung Wan's rise towards quality residential housing, the Queen Street Redevelopment replaces scores of deteriorating buildings, once home to herbal medicine and dried seafood stores. |
