| Abstract | The paper presents an open study conducted in the lipid clinic of Princess Margaret Hospital in Hong Kong which evaluates the lipid lowering effect of low dose simvastatin (5 to 10mg daily dose) in Chinese patients with mild to moderate hypercholesterolaemia and coronary artery disease (CAD). It is found that low dose simvastatin was effective and safe in CAD patients with mild to moderate hypercholesterolaemia. |
