| Abstract | Pharmacy services today have shifted away from a traditional passive role emphasizing drug dispensing to a more active patient-oriented approach to pharmaceutical decisions. The agrug Return Campaign'96" (DRC'96) was conducted by the Pharmacy Department of the Hong Kong Queen Mary Hospital. The primary aim was to study the motivation, the beliefs and the abilities of patients in relation to medicine taking and to introduce "Concordance", a new liberal model of the relationship between prescriber and patient. |
