| Abstract | Famous singer Mr Leon Lai together with the Traffic Operations Manager of Mass Transit Railway (MTR) Corporation, Mr Eric Hui and Head of Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) Radio 5, Mr Patrick Lee on 29 October 1997 took a train ride with 110 senior citizens on the MTR. This arrangement was part of a programme for the elderly, organized by the MTR Corporation and RTHK Radio 5, with the aim of arousing the level of awareness of senior citizens to safety whilst travelling on the MTR. |
