| Abstract | Four disciplinary cases related to the misconduct and malpractices of the registered persons of the Exchange Members which result in breaches of Section 56 of the Securities Ordinance, Rules 601, 701 and 723(2) of the Exchange are presented in this issue. The purpose of this issue is to bring readers' attention to some forms of misconduct and malpractices in securities dealings which may have been neglected by some registered persons of the Exchange in the securities industry. |
