| Abstract | Special Administrative Region Cheif Executive, Mr Tung Chee-hwa, was briefed in early January 1997 by Land Development Corporation (LDC) Chairman Dr Lau Wah-sum about the Corporation's urban renewal projects in Wan Chai. The LDC exhibition at the Wan Chai Festival highlighted the Corporation's major urban renewal project in Wan Chai Road/Tai Yuen Street, which is now under active implementation. |
