| Abstract | In September 1996, the Airport Authority (AA) announced two agreements that will help to ensure the new airport at Chek Lap Kok is completed on time. The main agreement was with the group constructing the passenger terminal building, the BCJ Joint Venture, and is a supplement to an earlier contract signed in January 1995. A further agreement was signed with the AEH Joint Venture, the group responsible for the terminal's building services. |
