| Abstract | In this article, Roger Waterhouse, Course Director for Reading MBA (Masters degree in Business Administration) in Construction and Real Estate, College of Estate Management, argues that first degrees and professional qualifications are all very well, but tomorrow's executive managers require much more - they need an appropriate MBA. In Hong Kong, the University of Reading and the College of Estate Management introduced a three year distance learning specialised MBA in Construction and Real Estate in 1994. |
