| Abstract | In order to improve safety on building and street works in Hong Kong, the Buildings (Amendment) Ordinance 1996 was enacted. The Ordinance requires the preparation and adherence to a new form of document called the "Safety Supervision Plan". This article talks about its technical memorandum and code of practice for Safety Supervision Plan, the functional streams, the technically Competent Persons (TCP) and the types of safety supervisions. |
