| Abstract | Looming corruption is the chief concern facing Hong Kong under Chinese control. Multinationals' executives have made this worry clear through a number of surveys. Even Tung Chee-hwa, Hong Kong's next chief executive, has acknowledged this issue by stating publicly that Hong Kong must maintain its level playing field if it is to remain successful. This article states the preventative strategies that managers can pursue to keep corruption in check. |
