Abstract | The EU has been one of the major users of anti-dumping actions, and China is the main target of allegations. As the majority of Hong Kong's manufacturing facilities have been relocated to the mainland, anti-dumping actions against China in some cases will adversely affect Hong Kong. This article explains the anti-dumping investigation procedures and the application of individual treatment. The current proceedings against China and their implication for Hong Kong are described. Recommendations are also provided for Hong Kong exporters. |
